The Nordic Changemaker Map project aimed to identify and analyze the current health status, networks and trends among +500 changemakers in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The Nordic Changemaker Map was a collaborative project developed by Ashoka and Reach for Change with the objective to identify key stakeholders, networks, connectivity and needed support to strengthen the Nordic ecosystem for social entrepreneurship and changemaking.
